Ten-Year Plan Shelves Parkway plans

MetroPulse reported on February 14, 2008, that the Mayors’ Office of the Ten-Year Plan was pursuing acquisition of the Parkway Hotel on Chapman Highway for development of 48 efficiency apartment units.
