Personally, I feel that you should use an outline of a facility that you would propose to build that would include some general information, base unit size & costs, eligibility requirements , utilitiies and applicances , special facilities and amenities, professional staff at facility, services profided in the basic rate, safety and security and transportation. Examples of all faciilities that are in the 9 surounding counties are posted in the Senior Housing directory for nine countines in the 9 Counties, One Vision book.
